The way this bench calculator works is it takes the amount of weight you can bench for a certain number of reps and uses a formula to calculate your approximate 1 rep max. If your new one rep max effort felt moderately difficult add 10 pounds to the bar and make a second max attempt. Calculate your one rep max 1rm for any lift.
This calculator works similar to our max lift calculator but adds an additional multiplier based on the exercise you are completing in order to properly convert your lifted weight into your max bench press. Obviously these figures are not 100 accurate. 310 315 or 320 if your new one rep max effort felt very difficult add 5 pounds to the bar and make a second max attempt.
